What’s In My Camera Bag: Lifestyle Photographer Edition

Camera Bag

Starting off strong with my pride and joy, my WANDRD PRVKE camera bag.  My fiancé got it for me for Christmas a few years ago, back when I was starting my photography journey. It’s the only camera bag I’ve ever owned and I love it so much

It has a laptop sleeve which is super important for me, a quick access side pocket, a roll top, a passport pouch, and a rain cover. I also love the design/aesthetics of it. I have another WANDRD backpack and their products and quality is 10/10.

Camera Body

I use the Canon EOS RP. paired with an adapter that allows me to use my full-frame lens on my mirrorless camera. I love the touch screen and tap to focus. This is my first every mirrorless camera and I really love it! However, I am thinking of upgrading soon, potentially to the R5!

Lens

The Sigma 35mm 1.4 Art lens has been my only lens for the past 3 years and I really love it. It takes stunning images and has been my only lens so far. I’m considering investing in a 24-70mm soon, and potentially upgrading to the Canon 35mm 1.4.

Flash and Flash Diffuser

A new addition to my kit, the Godox V1 flash. I had bought a smaller Godox TT350 and needed something more powerful, so I upgraded to the Godox V1 and its so good, especially when pared with the Godox Dome Diffuser.

Reflector

My 5-in-1 Reflector helps to fill shadows during my shoots, primarily for food photography. I like to shoot next to windows so it’s handy to have. It’s one of those things I don’t use too often, but happy to have it on days I need it! It collapses down nicely so it’s easy to transport.

The gold is nice for adding warmth to a folder, and the diffuser is great if the light is too harsh.

SD Cards + Memory Card Holder

Extra memory cards and batteries are essential for any photographer. I rely on SanDisk Extreme Pro cards, usually in 64 GB or 128 GB capacities, for their reliability and speed. To keep everything organized and protected, I use a memory card holder—it’s a simple but effective way to ensure my cards stays secure and easy to access.

Wireless Rode Mics & Tripod

Both of these are must-haves for my video content days! The mics are a game-changer for my construction clients—perfect for crisp audio during walkthrough videos. The tripod is so handy! It’s super easy to use and works like a charm for behind-the-scenes clips or keeping my phone steady for shots where the camera needs to remain still.
